Shipping charges are based on weight and distance. We ship within the US via USPS 1st Class, Priority Mail and FedEx Ground depending upon weight.
New for 2009: Gomatta Girls is now shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, UK and Switzerland! International shipping is by USPS when shipped directly from our fulfillment center, and usually by FedEx when shipped directly from a designer. It’s super cheap up to about 3 lbs, but anything over and above that goes up to about $25 or more, FYI. (Most of our merchandise weighs 1lb or less.) PLEASE NOTE: Any tariffs levied by foreign or US governments is to be paid by recipient, and any customs issues are to be handled by recipient. We can not accept ANY returns on merchandise from international customers at this time. Also note that items which do not ship from our own fulfillment center may be delivered by FedEx instead of USPS.
To be able to offer the best steals on the internet and keep our prices to an absolute minimum, we often do not take possession of sold items until after the sale is over. Also, some of our items are hand made. Therefore, we might not know exactly how long time an item takes to ship. That said, in 99% of the time we ship within 5-14 business days. If we know beforehand that an item will take longer to ship, we will note it in the copy for the item.
Items on the Closeout page ships quicker, usually in 1-3 business days.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled by the customer. Gomatta Girls accept authorized returns for store credit only. We must receive the unworn, unwashed, undamaged item, including all polybags, hang tags, shoe boxes, dust bags, eye glass cases and gift boxes within 14 days from the day you received your order. Or, since this is a great deal anyway, just pass it on to your sister/cousin/niece/nonna! You can probably make a profit selling it on eBay too.
Returns complying with these rules will be issued 100% value in store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received which do not comply with these rules.
